Yes, a security deposit is required for all hire vehicles. This is a fixed amount of $500.00 for any model or size, payable on the day of pickup.
Yes, you can extend your lease period. Simply call us or send us an email with the precise number of weeks you would like to extend your rental period (subject to vehicle availability).
Yes, you can return your vehicle during the lease term. However, please note that you are required to give 14 days’ notice prior to the intended day of return. Otherwise, there are no refunds or credits for early return.
Yes, the minimum hire period is 8 weeks.
No, regular services such as oil, oil filter, air filter, fluid top-ups, and a 360° inspection of wear and tear are all covered by us. However, any cosmetic damage caused by the renter is their responsibility. Please refer to the terms and conditions for further details.
No, all our vehicles are covered under our fleet insurance. However, Excess Fees applies. See Terms and Conditions for further details.
It happens, we understand. Any traffic or parking fines incurred during the lease period are the reasonability of the Renter. We will notify if we receive any fine.
Fuel and Cleaning cost, Tolls incurred during the rental period, Windscreen and Tyre damage. Unless the Tyre is worn due to its age or usage.
Yes, we accept overseas license, as long as they are in English, and Current and valid.
Sorry we don’t accept provisional licenses of any country.
