Yes, we accept both Australian and international driver’s licences, provided they are valid and in English (or accompanied by an official translation).

Yes, a security deposit is required for all rental vehicles. This is a fixed amount of $500, regardless of the vehicle model or size, and is payable on the day of pickup.

Yes, you can extend your lease period. Simply call, message, or email us with the exact number of weeks you would like to extend your rental, subject to vehicle availability.

No, all our vehicles are covered under our fleet insurance. Please note that excess fees apply.For more details, refer to our terms and conditions.

Traffic or parking fines incurred during your rental are the responsibility of the renter. If possible, we will notify you and transfer the fine into your name to ensure it is handled correctly.

The rental cost does not include fuel, cleaning fees, or tolls incurred during the rental period. Windscreen and tyre damage is also not covered, unless the tyre is worn due to age or normal usage.

No, all routine maintenance is included in your rental. This covers services such as oil and filter changes, air filter replacement, fluid top-ups, and a full 360° inspection for wear and tear. Any cosmetic damage caused during your rental remains the renter’s responsibility. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further details.
